Background
Dr. Waterman has been monitoring numerous sources and quickly determined an indisputable connection between the devastation to Haiti and HAARP – the “High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program” is “active” just before the devastating and deadly earthquake in Haiti last month.
There exists an increasing need for credible information as the potential that these arrays have to effect sudden (and severe) changes to the environment may be described as one of the greatest threats to a free world today. Wherever a potential for power and control exists, also lies the potential for abuse of the power. This facility (just one of three owned by the United States of an apparent half-dozen in various locations around the world) is self-described as as “A premier research facility for the study of ionospheric physics and radio science”.
“HAARP is a scientific endeavor aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere, with particular emphasis on being able to understand and use it to enhance communications and surveillance systems for both civilian and defense purposes.”
HAARP facilities, owned by the United States are located in Fairbanks, Alaska, Gakona, Alaska and Arecibo, Puerto Rico, have become increasingly well known since Jesse Ventura aired an episode of Conspiracy Theory attempting to investigate the scientific possibilities of artificial control of tectonics and weather. Other installations are at Tromso, Norway; Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod and Apatity, Russia; Kharkov, Ukraine and Dushanbe, Tadzhikistan. For anyone with an interest in what the face of such a “installation” can look like, our government is providing a lovely service – live image feeds of the HAARP facility near Gakona, Alaska HERE as well as a second feed HERE.
Documents acquired from the Office of Naval Research via the Freedom Of Information Act reveal a more ominous purpose for HAARP. According to these documents, the U.S. military believes the former Soviet Union has similar heaters with which they claim to have achieved higher levels of ionospheric reaction than possible by the “West” so far.
Starting a 6 mins, 4 seconds in the YouTube video below there is reference to a December 2001 research project by scientists from NASA’s Ames research center in Palto Alto research facility. They found that in over 100 earthquakes of magnitude 5 or greater there is record of an electrical disturbance in the ionosphere.

Earthquake Epicenter Location - Léogâne, Haiti
I have provided the HAARP data and recordings for January 11, 12, and 13. On January 11th the ionosphere is extremely noisy and then about 1200 UTC on January 12, 2010 – the day of the Haiti earthquake – the ionosphere went totally quiet. At 21:53 UTC – just less than 10 hours later - the earthquake occurred and was a a catastrophic magnitude 7.0 Mw earthquake.. Its epicenter was near the town of Léogâne, approximately 25 km (16 miles) west of Port-au-Prince, Haiti’s capital.
